Trinity Farm Summer Camp

Is your child horse crazy? Our camp is a great way to ride every day while learning about horse health, care, and safety. Arts and crafts and water activities (weather permitting) round out the experience. Sessions are geared towards all riders ages 5 – 12. We welcome all campers, including those who are on the autistic spectrum or need one-on-one assistance. Riders are divided into appropriate groups based on age and skill level, whether they are jumping courses or have never ridden a horse before! Participants over the age of 12 are encouraged to contact us to learn about horsemanship and riding opportunities geared towards older riders.

Camp sessions are:

Summer Camp I: May 28 – June 1, 2018

Summer Camp II: June 11 – 15, 2018

Summer Camp III: June 25 – 29, 2018

Our planned camp activities include:

  • Riding and horsemanship lessons
  • Daily arts and crafts
  • Water activities (weather permitting)

Each activity is designed to help teach campers about horse health, farrier and vet visits, care and grooming of the horse, use and care of tack, basic horsemanship, and equine safety and etiquette.

Camp is designed for ages 5 – 12.

What to bring

Riders should bring a lunch and thermos or water bottle with them. They should come wearing long pants/jeans and hard soled, heeled shoes to ride in. You may bring an extra change of clothes that is weather appropriate.
