As many of you know, we have many students from Rhodes College that ride here at Trinity Farm. We are pleased to announce that after a semester of hard work, the Rhodes College Equestrian Club is now an official Rhodes College Club, and Trinity Farm is ecstatic to be hosting it. The club welcomes all students who are interested in horses, from beginners on up, and is planning a variety of activities including monthly horsemanship meetings, volunteering, taking lessons, and even competing in the local shows. You may have noticed them at our fall farm show yesterday; two Rhodes students competed in several classes and many other club members, including several moms, manned the refreshments table with lots of homemade goodies. We also now have a set of jump poles in Rhodes colors!

Sadly, while we have pictures of the riders, I neglected to take pictures of the refreshments table and the ladies manning it (so sorry!) – rest assured, the food was delicious! Please help us welcome the Rhodes College Equestrian Club to Trinity Farm as our relationship continues to grow. If you’re a Rhodes student interested in the club, we would love to have you join us.
